01What does an AI workforce cost for a service business?+

Our service typically runs $2,000 to $10,000 per month, based on scope and the size of your business. There is no setup cost. You don't pay anything until your workforce is built and running. Most service businesses we work with land in the $3,000 to $6,000 range, which replaces what they were spending on a marketing coordinator, after-hours answering service, and social media management combined.

02Can AI really answer my customer calls professionally?+

You do. Your customer data is yours, full stop. We own the technology that runs your workforce, you own the data it works with. Either party can end the relationship at any time, and your data goes with you.

06Why don't I just buy an AI tool myself?+

You can. There are dozens of AI tools on the market. The reason most owner-operators don't is the same reason they don't host their own email server, manage their own payroll software, or run their own ad campaigns: they're great at their craft, not at integrating and tuning AI systems. We handle the integration, the training, the optimization, the platform changes. You get the result.

07Are you new?+

Yes, deliberately. We onboard two to three new clients per month and stay focused on partners we can serve exceptionally. For the right business, that means more attention than a larger firm would give you, more customization, and direct access to the people building your workforce. 08How much of my time will this take?+

Heavy at the start. The first two to four weeks involve discovery and onboarding conversations because we want to get your workforce right. After that, about 30 minutes a week for the optimization review with Michael, plus whatever time you choose to spend reviewing daily reports and incoming leads.

09What kinds of businesses do you work with?+

Owner-operated service businesses across a range of sectors. Trades and home services (roofing, HVAC, solar, plumbing, electrical, remodeling). Medical, dental, and veterinary practices. Often, yes. We have a built-in CRM that comes with the workforce, and most clients find it covers what they need. If you have an existing CRM you want to keep (ServiceTitan, Jobber, HouseCallPro, etc.), we can usually integrate at additional setup cost. We'll discuss specifics on the consultation.
